As you can see, it worked fine under that account before, but now the SPTI access is denied under limited access “User” accounts, and only me “the 1 admin account” can access it.

DVD Burner and SPTI issues in XP Home Edition SP3
So far I’ve run my regular AVG anti-virus and also the Symantec check over the web, but neither one found anything. I have no idea what it did, but I want thigs fixed so it works and recognizes things like before.
This happen only on Vista, and the same code has no problem under XP. Any help on this poad is appreciated. For the record, I tried a system restore and it did nothing.
